Breakfast options limited and could be improved for a better experience. No on-site parking. Weak WiFi that tends to disconnect frequently adds to the frustration, and the nearby street noise can disrupt sleep, especially in beach-facing rooms.

A safe, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and fresh and satisfactory breakfast. Location close to to the harbor for restaurants and a ten minute walk from the City Center or the Old Port. And a short way from Maridaki...

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat, what to see and how to get around. The atmosphere of the whole building was lovely with great pictures, decorations and history. The view across to the ocean was beautiful and we had a lovely little terrace. The breakfast room was particularly great and the breakfast was delicious, like great home cooking.

We visited Doma only for one night with a couple of my friends with a vast experience of hotels from over 30 countries all over the world. We were all amazed how cosy and wellthought a small 22 room- hotel can be. Every antique bit and piece was placed like they had allways been there. We had the executive suite on top floor with a spectacular and unobstructed view to the sea, with a rooftop terrace of over 100 squaremeters. The staff was very nice and friendly, and tried to make us as comfortable as possible, even when our booking was nowhere to find at the time of arrival. I highly recommend this room for example honeymooners for a weeks stay. Thanks again, Doma staff!

Staff ~ well informed, great attitude, very helpful, friendly Interior ~ fascinating, artefacts/pictures, give the feeling of a "charme" hotel Owners ~ take a personal interest, have their collections etc on display, gives the feeling of a well-run ship Location ~ quite convenient, easy parking, good views Breakfast ~ excellent selection and service and views Overall one felt very welcome and well looked after
Everything in room really well appointed and attractive .... however lack of a shower cabinet/curtain is a real disadvantage even though its absence does make the bathroom look bigger. Why not a simple curtain?

100% recommend for overnight stay
Charming hotel, attentive staff, with a beautifully renovated historic building with comfortable air conditioning and a cozy breakfast room that offers fresh orange juice, making it a good start to the day just a short drive from the port of Souda.
Everything is what I need and want.

A very warm welcome and friendly service. A calm and peaceful atmosphere in our room, with a lovely view of the coast over to the old town. Lovely crisp white sheets and fluffy towels! Very clean. Good location: it was wonderful to escape from the tourist madness of Chania old town to this serene oasis, only ten minutes walk from all the action. Free parking just adjacent to the hotel, and on the right side of town for the airport. Easy to get to some lovely beaches on the Akrotiri peninsula.

Clean and delightful place, has excellent views over the eastern bay of Chania. The staff are marvellous and fabulous and provide an excellent service. The whole interior is amazing and the rooms are magnificent and marvellous. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast is freshly cooked and satisfactory. It boasts a unique location ; just off those further away in the middle of town and home made jams, bread, hot cofee and teas in the morning. This is a hotel go-to for Chania

We really enjoyed the cozy breakfast room with its stunning sea view, and it was such a treat to have fresh orange juice made just for us each morning! The beautiful garden and the relaxing sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind. The WiFi could be a bit spotty, but that didn’t take away from our lovely stay! 🌿

Woonderful location to visit the charming city of Chania. Breakkfast is served in the dining room on the 3rd floor with open windows looking directly at the sea. The staff is very thoughtful and helpful in every request. In addition to very good accomadations the hotel has a wonderful history itself and fits the ccharacter of the city. I would stay there the next time visited this city.
There are stairs to deal with but there are staits everywhere in Greece.

During my stay at this hotel, I liked the most the quietness of the facility and its seaside view. Our room was viewing directly to the sea.
This hotel provides absolutely the basics. You can find a hotel in this region with better value for money. I was surprised negatively about its customer relationship building policy. We accidentally booked 4 nights but we needed 3. We let the manager know but no understanding provided from her side. We were finally charged 4 nights otherwise we would have to pay the cancellation fee. Do not make mistake with this hotel.. We booked a double bedroom but we had only one pair of keys available, really inconvenient for holiday periods...

Does it deliver?
The fine coastal views and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, served even early on departure day, showcasing local flavors that set the perfect start for my mornings.
Noise from the busy road nearby disrupted my sleep at times, making it hard to find tranquility after exploring the vibrant city.
